Refund Policy

15.1 Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason. You must notify us of your withdrawal in writing at info@anta-sports.eu and fill out the following form.

15.2 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: You do not have the statutory right of withdrawal in the case of purchasing:

​​(a) goods that are made according to your precise instructions and customized to your personal needs (e.g. personalized products);

​ ​(b) sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal or packaging has been opened after delivery (e.g. underwear, mouth guards).

15.3 Return of goods: You must return the goods without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal, to the following address: Star Sports d.o.o., Ob Železnici 30A, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

15.4 Condition of returned goods: You are liable for any diminished value of the goods if such reduction results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. We recommend that you return the goods unused, with attached labels, and in the original packaging. In case of signs of use, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the reduced value.

15.5 Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of dispatch.
